Production for Roadies Season 21 is underway in Sasaram, located in Rohthas district of Bihar, with shooting taking place across several prominent regional sites. The production crew, comprising approximately 500 personnel, arrived on October 21 and has established operations at Sikaria Dam, Karmchat Dam, and the Kaimur Hills range.
The reality competition series has brought together a substantial team of production staff and on-air personalities for the Bihar leg of filming. Notable television figures including Neha Dhuppia, Prince Narula, and Nikhil Chinapa are among those overseeing production activities in the region.
The shift to Bihar represents an expansion of the franchise's shooting schedule beyond traditional metropolitan centres. Prior to commencing operations in Sasaram, the production team spent a week filming in Gaya, another major city in the state. The multi-week schedule underscores the production's commitment to capturing diverse geographical backdrops across the region.
The Roadies franchise, which has maintained substantial viewership across Indian audiences, continues to evolve its production strategy by incorporating regional locations. This approach aims to blend the programme's competitive format with locally significant backdrops while providing economic activity to filming communities.
