A member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh was killed in a violent confrontation in Bhikham Chapra village within the Lal Thana jurisdiction of Deoria district in Uttar Pradesh. The incident stemmed from a prolonged disagreement between the victim, 50-year-old Rameshwar Tiwari, and his neighbors regarding the installation of a road breaker in front of his home.

According to initial reports, Tiwari had expressed his intention to construct the traffic-calming structure outside his residence, a proposal that drew strong resistance from neighboring households. The dispute escalated into a physical altercation that ultimately proved fatal for the RSS worker.
