LUCKNOW — Villagers in Bhaosinghpur, located in Uttar Pradesh's Amethi district, have credited the state government with tangible development improvements during the past five years, highlighting gains in infrastructure and public services.
Residents from the Brahmin community reported visible progress across multiple fronts, including construction of paved roads, permanent housing structures, and enhanced access to essential services. Community members specifically noted improvements in food grain distribution under public assistance programmes, alongside better connectivity within the village.
Women residents emphasized enhanced security and safety conditions in recent years, marking a notable shift in their day-to-day experience. The observations come as the state government completes five years in office.
Despite acknowledging these gains, villagers have raised concerns about economic opportunity gaps. Residents called for expanded employment and self-employment prospects for young people, citing limited job creation in the region as a persistent challenge requiring government attention.
