Russia rebands Siberia gas pipeline project to China as Power of Baikal

Russian President Vladimir Putin has rebranded a major gas pipeline project to China, Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev announced on Wednesday. The planned Power of Siberia 2 pipeline will henceforth be called the Power of Baikal pipeline, marking a shift in the nomenclature for the strategic infrastructure initiative.
