The Russian e-commerce company confirmed the incident occurred at one of its warehouse operations in Adygeysk, located in the Krasnodar Krai region of southwestern Russia. According to Ozon's statement, a fire ignited at the facility following the strike, prompting an immediate evacuation of all personnel from the premises.
The company emphasized that safety protocols were activated swiftly, with all staff members accounted for and no injuries sustained during the evacuation. Ozon, which serves as Russia's second-largest e-commerce platform after Wildberries, operates multiple distribution centers across the country.
The incident occurs amid ongoing tensions between Russia and Ukraine, with reports of attacks on Russian infrastructure becoming increasingly common.
