KOTA KINABALU — The Sabah State Government has decided to upgrade the entire road corridor linking the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) to Menara Kinabalu rather than construct a permanent bridge as previously envisioned. The shift in approach represents a change in development strategy for the key tourist and business district in the state capital.
State officials indicated that the upgrade project would focus on improving road infrastructure and traffic flow along the existing route connecting the two major attractions.
