MANILA — The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division postponed the arraignment of Tarlac Representative Noel Rivera on Tuesday, granting his request to consolidate the cases filed against him.
Rivera, who represents the third district of Tarlac province, is facing nine counts of violating Republic Act No. 3019, commonly known as the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. The court rescheduled his arraignment to October 7.
