Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari stated that any decision regarding a commemorative holiday would be made following tonight's conclusion of the sporting competition and review of the final medal standings. The state government has not issued any preliminary or confirmed directive on the matter, according to the Menteri Besar's statement. Amirudin's remarks come as the false poster circulated widely online, prompting the need for official clarification from the Selangor administration.
