Starmason JSC, a subsidiary of Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries, has secured rights to develop a hyperscale data center on approximately 4.5 hectares in Ho Chi Minh City's Saigon Hi-Tech Park. The land lease, valued at $480 million, extends through 2076 and reflects growing regional demand for advanced digital infrastructure.
The project positions Ho Chi Minh City as an emerging hub for data center operations in Southeast Asia.
