MANILA — A senator has questioned the Professional Regulation Commission over regional directors who have remained in their positions for years, with some allegedly occupying posts for upwards of a decade.
Sen. Raffy Tulfo raised the matter during the Senate finance committee's review of the 2027 budget allocation for the Department of Labor and Employment, which oversees the PRC.
