Senior Communist Party official urges policy focus on Da Nang growth

Tran Cam Tu, a Politburo member and Standing Member of the Communist Party of Vietnam's Central Committee Secretariat, outlined the need for legislative reform during a voter engagement session in Da Nang on October 12. Speaking with constituents across five wards including Hai Chau, Hoa Cuong, Thanh Khe, An Hai and Son Tra, he emphasized that upcoming legislative efforts must extend beyond regulatory functions.

Cam Tu stressed that new laws should actively facilitate economic development, eliminate structural barriers, and release untapped resources while protecting citizens' rights and interests. His remarks reflect broader efforts within Vietnam's leadership to ensure the legal framework supports the country's development agenda.
