Noorazli, the Umno division chief for Sepang, has said he is prepared to offer an apology if his recent remarks were found to be hurtful or inappropriate. The clarification came after his comments drew public attention, with observers questioning the nature of his statements. Noorazli stressed that any analogy he used was meant purely for illustrative purposes and carried no intention to ridicule any individual, undermine anyone's faith, or demean any religious group. He emphasised that his words were misconstrued if interpreted as an attack on personal beliefs or religious sentiments.
