Signature Global reports ₹70 crore Q2 profit as revenue surges 148%

Signature Global, a prominent Gurugram-based property developer, reported a net profit of ₹70 crore for the second quarter of FY27, reflecting a significant turnaround in its financial performance. The company's revenue climbed to ₹820 crore during the quarter, representing a 148 percent year-on-year increase.

The developer's profitability gains were accompanied by substantial operational improvements. Its adjusted Ebitda margin recovered to 18 percent in Q2FY27, a marked turnaround from a negative 7 percent in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. This swing underscores strengthening demand in the residential real estate sector and better cost management by the company.

The robust quarterly results reflect sustained momentum in India's real estate market, particularly in the National Capital Region where Signature Global operates. The company's improved margins suggest that the uptick in revenue is translating directly to stronger bottom-line performance, driven by both volume growth and operational efficiency gains.
