Singapore launches digital hub for Muslim community programmes
A new online directory will consolidate information on services and initiatives available to Singapore's Malay and Muslim communities. The move comes as officials emphasise the importance of traditional values in guiding community development.

Singapore is establishing a centralised online directory to serve as a comprehensive resource for programmes and services tailored to the Malay and Muslim community, streamlining access to information previously scattered across multiple platforms and organisations.
The initiative was outlined by Zaqy Mohamad, Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs, who highlighted the platform's role in connecting community members with available support systems and development opportunities. The directory is designed to function as a one-stop portal, allowing residents to easily locate relevant programmes regardless of their specific needs or interests.
Beyond its practical utility, Mr Zaqy underscored the importance of anchoring community initiatives in foundational values that have historically shaped the Malay and Muslim community. He stressed that these principles should continue to guide the community's trajectory and inform the design and implementation of future programmes.
The digital resource represents part of broader efforts to enhance service delivery and community engagement within Singapore's Muslim population, ensuring equitable access to information and opportunities across different demographic segments.
