Singapore's three major health cluster apps to merge into unified HealthHub platform
National Healthcare Group, National University Health System and SingHealth will consolidate their patient-facing applications into a single HealthHub app by November, with the individual cluster apps being phased out by February.

Singapore's three largest public healthcare clusters are moving to streamline digital patient services through a unified application platform. The National Healthcare Group (NHG), National University Health System (NUHS) and SingHealth will integrate their existing patient apps into the HealthHub application, consolidating access to health records, appointments and services across the public healthcare system.
The transition will proceed in phases, with the HealthHub integration expected to be completed by November. Patients will then have a transition period before the individual cluster applications are discontinued in February, allowing users time to migrate their accounts and familiarise themselves with the consolidated platform.
The consolidation represents a significant step toward Singapore's digital health ecosystem, reducing fragmentation and enabling patients to access care across different healthcare institutions through a single interface. The move aligns with the government's broader healthcare digitalisation initiatives aimed at improving patient convenience and system efficiency.
Patients currently using the NHG, NUHS or SingHealth apps will need to transition to HealthHub to maintain continued digital access to their health services following the February deadline.
