Singapore to launch three new bus services across northern regions

Singapore's public transport network will be further expanded with the introduction of three new bus services, the Land Transport Authority confirmed, enhancing connectivity across the northern and western parts of the island. The services will serve the residential areas of Tengah, Choa Chu Kang and Woodlands, addressing transport needs in these developing and established neighbourhoods.

In a coordinated rollout, shuttle services designed to complement the upcoming Jurong Region Line will commence operations from the second half of 2027. These dedicated shuttle routes are intended to improve accessibility to stations along the new MRT line, bridging gaps in the existing network and providing seamless connections for commuters.
