Six Aeta, including three children, killed in Zambales lake boat tragedy

The incident occurred in Mapanuepe Lake in San Marcelino, Zambales, when the vessel carrying members of the local Aeta community overturned. According to Liza Balario, the Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative of Barangay Buhawen in San Marcelino, all six victims were residents of the Aeta community in the area.
