Six Indian companies to raise ₹3,825 crore via IPOs next week

Six Indian companies are set to tap the capital markets next week with initial public offerings (IPOs) worth ₹3,825 crore combined, underscoring the robust fundraising activity witnessed in the primary market through 2026.

The offerings include Elevate Campuses, Varmora Granito, Bengaluru-based A-One Steels India Ltd, ArMee Infotech Ltd, Swastika Infra and Adroit Industries (India) Ltd. Public subscription for the IPOs will open between September 22 and September 28, with most issues commencing on September 23.

The fresh capital raised through these issues will be directed primarily towards business expansion, capital expenditure requirements, debt repayment and working capital needs, alongside general corporate purposes, according to regulatory filings.

The upcoming activity reflects sustained investor appetite for equity issuances in India. September has already seen 17 IPOs successfully concluded, including a major listing by the National Stock Exchange, demonstrating the strength of market conditions for fresh fundraising.
