Law enforcement officials in Kerala have arrested four persons in connection with drug trafficking, including a social media influencer whose identity gained public attention through online platforms. The operation resulted in the seizure of 10.5 grams of MDMA, a controlled substance with an estimated street value of Rs 50,000.

Besides the psychoactive drug, police recovered several items allegedly used in drug preparation and distribution. The confiscated materials included syringes purportedly employed for drug injection, a precision digital weighing scale, and zip-lock covers used for packaging narcotics. These items were recovered during searches conducted at locations linked to the accused.

The arrest marks part of ongoing efforts by state police to combat drug trafficking networks across Kerala. Authorities have indicated that the investigation is continuing, with further details expected to emerge as the case progresses through legal channels. The four arrested individuals are currently in police custody pending further procedural formalities.

This seizure adds to the growing list of drug-related cases registered in the state in recent months. Law enforcement agencies have intensified surveillance and coordinated operations targeting suspected drug trafficking activities, particularly those involving synthetic substances.
