Sopra Steria expands India footprint with major Noida office lease
French technology services firm Sopra Steria has committed to a 15-year lease of nearly 4.74 lakh square feet of office space in Noida, marking a significant expansion of its operations in the National Capital Region.

Sopra Steria has leased office space at Maconns Grande, located in Noida's Sector 132, under a long-term agreement spanning 15 years. The facility will serve as a substantial base for the company's technology and consulting operations serving Indian and international clients.
The lease arrangement entails a monthly rental commitment of Rs 3.755 crore, with periodic escalation clauses built into the contract. The agreement includes a 10 percent rent increase every three years, a standard provision in major commercial real estate transactions in the National Capital Region.
The move underscores the growing presence of global technology and consulting firms in Noida's emerging commercial hubs. Sector 132 has emerged as a preferred destination for multinational corporations seeking modern office infrastructure and connectivity outside central Delhi.
