MANILA — The southwest monsoon will maintain its grip over parts of Luzon at least through Tuesday and into the following days, the state weather service said.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released its advisory in a 5 a.m. forecast, noting that the habagat will continue its influence across multiple regions on the main island.
