Sri Lankan pageant competitor Nimesha crowned Mrs Tourism 2026

Nimesha Premachandra has been crowned Mrs Tourism 2026 at the 12th edition of the prestigious international pageant held in the Philippines. The Sri Lankan representative's victory marks a significant achievement in the global pageantry circuit.
Premachandra's husband, Malith Gihan Vithana, who travelled with her to the competition, was separately honoured with the title of Best Supporting Husband during the event. The dual recognition underscores the couple's participation in the international pageant.
Following their success at the competition, Premachandra and Vithana have returned to Sri Lanka via Bandaranaike International Airport. The return marks the conclusion of their pageant campaign in the Philippines.
The Mrs Tourism pageant celebrates women and their contributions while recognizing family support in the competition. Premachandra's win adds to Sri Lanka's track record in international beauty pageants and pageantry competitions across South Asia.
