SRM University-A.P. inks research pact with Rome institution

SRM University-A.P. in Amaravati has entered into a memorandum of understanding with the University of Rome Tor Vergata to strengthen research collaboration and academic ties between the institutions. The agreement outlines a framework for joint research endeavours, leveraging the expertise and resources of both universities to advance scholarly work in areas of mutual interest.

Under the MoU, the two institutions will facilitate joint publications, enabling researchers from both campuses to collaborate on peer-reviewed research outputs. The agreement also provides for shared laboratory facilities, allowing academic teams to utilise each other's research infrastructure and experimental resources.

The collaboration encompasses faculty and student exchange programmes, creating opportunities for academics and scholars to spend dedicated periods at either institution. These exchanges are designed to foster cross-cultural academic engagement and enable knowledge transfer in specialised research domains.

The partnership reflects SRM University-A.P.'s commitment to internationalising its research ecosystem and building stronger connections with leading European academic institutions. Such collaborations aim to enhance the research capabilities of both universities while contributing to the broader academic landscape in India and Europe.
