Stray dog attacks 18-month-old child in Delhi residential area

An 18-month-old child was mauled by a stray dog in the Sangam Vihar locality of Timarpur in Delhi, leaving the infant with injuries to the face. The attack occurred while the toddler was playing in Lane Number 5 of the residential area.
