Student, pond owner killed in electrocution incident during training

A second-year biodiversity student and a fish pond owner were found dead at a training site in what authorities are investigating as an electrocution incident. Rubayyi Razali, 27, was conducting practical training at the facility when the fatal accident occurred. The 49-year-old pond operator was also present at the time.
