Swimmer Eliza Tan, shooter Cheah Zen Hong win Sukma 2026 athlete honours
Eliza Tan of Selangor and Pahang's Cheah Zen Hong have been named the outstanding athletes of the 2026 Sukma Games. The pair each received RM5,000 in prize money alongside commemorative and challenge trophies at tonight's closing ceremony.

Tan's selection as one of the games' best athletes reflects her standout achievements in the pool, while Cheah's honour recognises his precision and consistency in shooting events. Both athletes have been presented with monetary awards totalling RM5,000 each, in addition to commemorative trophies and challenge cups marking their accomplishments.
