Thomas Gasser, a Swiss entrepreneur, is developing an ambitious underground storage project near Lungern that will comprise twenty fortified bunkers carved into Alpine rock formations. Each bunker will be offered on a ninety-nine-year lease arrangement, with entry-level pricing beginning at one million Swiss francs.
