KUALA LUMPUR — The Human Resources Ministry (Kesuma) said on Monday that it has lodged several official reports with relevant authorities concerning allegations of interference in TalentCorp's affairs, even as the agency maintains its regular operations without disruption.
The ministry's statement comes amid ongoing scrutiny of the statutory body responsible for attracting and retaining Malaysian talent. Despite the complaints filed, Kesuma emphasised that TalentCorp continues to execute its mandate and deliver services to stakeholders as planned.
Authorities have not yet disclosed details regarding the nature of the alleged interference or the specific departments involved in handling the reports. The ministry indicated it is cooperating fully with the relevant agencies investigating the matter.
TalentCorp, established to implement Malaysia's talent development strategies and international mobility programmes, remains operational with no changes to its current workforce initiatives or public-facing services, according to ministry officials.
