Tamil Nadu Minister moves privilege motion against E.V. Velu over work orders

A privilege motion has been filed in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly challenging actions taken by E.V. Velu regarding the approval of multiple work orders. According to the complaint, these work orders have created substantial financial commitments estimated at ₹2,000 crore, which are expected to burden future state budgets.
