Prabhu, a skilled weaver from Karur in Tamil Nadu, has completed an extraordinary project that brings together two pillars of Tamil culture: the revered Thirukkural and traditional handloom weaving. The weaver has meticulously crafted a 133-page fabric book containing the complete text of the classical work, demonstrating exceptional technical skill and artistic vision.
The Thirukkural, a collection of 1,330 couplets attributed to the ancient poet Tiruvalluvar, is one of the most significant works in Tamil literature and philosophy.
