The deal is valued at $373 million, with the complete integration anticipated by the fourth quarter.

The acquisition forms part of a comprehensive five-year strategic engagement between TCS and Porsche, with a combined valuation of €1.25 billion. Through this partnership, TCS will deepen its capabilities in digital transformation, software engineering, and industry-specific consulting for the automotive sector and beyond.

MHP brings substantial expertise in management consulting, software solutions, and digital transformation services for automotive manufacturers and industrial enterprises across Europe and globally. The firm's specialized knowledge in vehicle software, electrification, and manufacturing optimization aligns with TCS's strategic focus on emerging automotive technologies and Industry 4.0 solutions.
