Police in Zamboanga City have arrested an 18-year-old suspect in relation to the fatal incident involving his older brother. The Zamboanga City Police Office said the 27-year-old victim was discovered dead in Purok 2, Barangay Sinunuc at approximately 9:45 a.m. on September 12.
