Telangana archaeology museum set for major renovation with Egyptian mummy focus

The Telangana State Archaeology Museum is preparing for a significant renovation initiative designed to modernise its facilities and improve the preservation of its collections. The project includes specialised conservation work on one of the museum's notable exhibits—an Egyptian mummy whose restoration alone is estimated to require an expenditure of ₹82 lakh.
