Law enforcement officials in Telangana's Nirmal district have cracked a murder-robbery case with the arrest of two suspects who were apprehended while fleeing the scene in an SUV. According to Yadadri-Bhongir Superintendent of Police, the breakthrough came swiftly, within three hours of the incident being reported. The victim's nephew became a crucial witness in the case, having spoken to the victim at 11 p.m. when the latter mentioned that two individuals had arrived to meet him. Following the murder, the nephew received threatening voice notes warning him not to report the incident to authorities. Despite the intimidation attempts, investigators were able to establish a timeline of events and locate the fleeing suspects before they could escape the district. The two accused are now in police custody, and investigations into the motive and circumstances of the crime are ongoing. Police have not yet disclosed further details regarding the victims's identity or the precise circumstances of the incident.
