Telangana records 88,000 Ganesh idol immersions amid heavy police presence

Telangana concluded its Ganesh Chaturthi immersion festivities with the submersion of over 88,000 idols, marking a significant turnout for the annual religious observance. According to the state's police establishment, more than 25,000 law enforcement personnel were stationed across Hyderabad to oversee the immersions.
