Dr. Bryan Cox of Texas completed an unusual professional circle when he delivered Logan James in 2020, the son of Lauren Cortez, whom he had delivered as a newborn in 1995. Both deliveries took place at the same hospital facility, marking a quarter-century span between the two births.
The reunion carried special significance for the family. Dr. Cox commemorated the occasion by recreating a photograph from Lauren's birth in 1995 and singing 'Happy Birthday' to mark both the new arrival and the earlier occasion.
