Third victim of Tarlac bridge plunge recovered in Pangasinan

TARLAC CITY — Authorities have located the third missing passenger from the sport utility vehicle that fell from the Agana Bridge in Tarlac City, according to city officials. The body of Shiela Mae Taborlupa, 25, a teacher, was discovered Saturday in Bayambang, Pangasinan, partially buried in mud. Tarlac City Mayor Susan Yap confirmed the discovery.
The recovery marks the conclusion of the search for passengers involved in the bridge incident. Taborlupa was among those unaccounted for following the vehicle's plunge from the structure in Tarlac City.
