Three members of a family were killed in a vehicular collision near Vikravandi when their SUV struck a lorry, police said. The deceased have been identified as Thangabai, John Britto, and Evangeline, who succumbed to their injuries during treatment at a hospital.
Three other occupants of the SUV survived the impact and are currently receiving medical care. The survivors include Rajkumar, his wife Latha Christy, 30, and their elder daughter Jessihena, 10. All three are undergoing treatment for injuries sustained in the accident.
