Top wanted suspect in Ilocos Sur arrested in La Union
Police have apprehended a 23-year-old man who was considered the most wanted person in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur on statutory rape charges. The arrest occurred Friday in La Union following an operation by regional police authorities.

SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — The suspect, identified as 23 years old, was taken into custody by officers from the Ilocos Sur Police Provincial Office (ISPPO) on October 9. He had been designated as Narvacan municipality's top wanted individual at the local level.
The arrest came as authorities tracked the suspect to La Union province, where he was located and apprehended. Police records indicate the man was wanted in connection with a statutory rape case in Rosario, La Union.
The ISPPO confirmed the arrest as part of ongoing law enforcement operations to locate and detain high-priority suspects across the Ilocos region. The suspect is currently in police custody pending further legal proceedings.
