Tottenham splash out on Savinho as spending spree exceeds £300m
Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Brazilian winger Savinho from Manchester City, pushing their close-season expenditure past £300 million under new manager Roberto De Zerbi.

The London club confirmed the acquisition of the 24-year-old Brazilian on August 25, marking another significant investment in the squad as they seek to rebuild following a near-relegation scare last season.
Savinho's arrival takes Tottenham's transfer spending to over £300 million ($409.23 million) during the off-season campaign under De Zerbi, who was appointed to oversee a dramatic overhaul of the playing squad.
The winger becomes one of several high-profile additions to the Spurs roster as the club attempts to distance itself from the crisis that nearly saw them drop out of the Premier League. De Zerbi has been tasked with a significant reconstruction project at the north London club.
Savinho joins from Manchester City, where he has been part of the English champions' squad, adding further attacking options to De Zerbi's formation.
