Trevor Noah trades stage for court, plays pickleball in Singapore

Comedian Trevor Noah took time away from the stage to engage in Singapore's growing pickleball scene during his recent tour of the region. The South African performer, who was in Singapore from November 3 to 5 for a series of comedy performances, participated in matches with local players and actress Jaime Teo, demonstrating his interest in the sport beyond his primary engagement.

Noah's involvement extended beyond casual play, as he showed appreciation for his fellow pickleball enthusiasts by offering complimentary tickets to his comedy shows. The gesture highlighted a more relaxed side of the touring performer, who balanced his professional commitments with recreational activities during his stay.

The comedian's visit underscores Singapore's appeal as a destination for international entertainers and the city-state's growing recreational sports culture. Pickleball has gained increasing popularity in Singapore and across Asia in recent years, attracting participants from various demographics and professions.
