MANILA — Tropical Storm Queenie sustained maximum winds of 75 kilometers per hour as it moved across the Philippine Sea east of extreme northern Luzon, according to the latest bulletin from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) issued at 5 a.m. Friday.
