Liverpool have confirmed the multi-year agreement with Turkish Airlines, one of the world's largest carriers, to serve as the club's primary shirt sponsor beginning mid-2027. The partnership represents the first major change in the club's main sponsorship arrangement since 2010, when Standard Chartered assumed the role.
Standard Chartered's lengthy association with the Merseyside outfit will conclude at the end of the 2026-27 season, bringing to an end nearly two decades of collaboration. The British bank's branding has been a fixture on Liverpool's kit throughout this period, covering significant chapters in the club's recent history.
Turkish Airlines' appointment underscores the growing commercial appeal of the English Premier League club to international corporate partners. The carrier, which operates services across Europe, Asia and beyond, will gain prominent exposure through Liverpool's global fanbase and extensive media coverage.
The agreement demonstrates Liverpool's ability to attract premium sponsors despite an increasingly competitive marketplace. Financial terms of the five-year deal were not disclosed by the club.
