TVS Motor Company has leased 529,533 square feet of office space at Gardencity IT Park in Bengaluru's Hebbal area under a 10-year lease agreement that became effective from September 22. The long-term commitment reflects the company's expansion of its corporate operations in India's technology hub.
The monthly rent for the leased premises stands at approximately ₹4.7 crore, according to transaction details. The arrangement underscores TVS Motor's growing presence in Bengaluru, which has emerged as a key destination for corporate and technology sector expansion.
Real estate advisory firm Colliers International facilitated the transaction. The lease represents significant commercial real estate activity in Bengaluru's IT corridor, where demand from both established companies and growing enterprises continues to remain robust.
The Hebbal location places TVS Motor in proximity to several major IT parks and corporate clusters in the city. Such consolidated office spaces enable companies to consolidate operations and leverage proximity to talent pools in the region's thriving technology sector.
