Authorities have arrested two individuals in relation to a hand grenade attack on a home located along Sirisangabo Mawatha in Dehiwala. The attack occurred on September 11, targeting a residence where a family was sleeping.

Two children who were inside the house at the time of the attack were killed in the explosion. The children's father, aged 55, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment following the incident.
