Two arrested in drug possession case involving MDMA

Authorities arrested K.S. Anandu, 26, of Nanmanda and T. Keerthana, 21, of Puthiyappa in connection with possession of suspected MDMA, a controlled substance. The arrests followed recovery of the contraband during an operation by law enforcement agencies.
The quantity of the drug seized during the arrest was recorded at 2.55 grams. Both individuals are currently in police custody as investigations into the matter continue.
