Two drug rehab inmates escape Dengkil centre in stolen vehicle
Two residents of a National Anti-Drugs Agency rehabilitation centre in Dengkil escaped custody and fled the premises in a stolen car. The vehicle was later recovered abandoned in Beranang, Selangor.

Two inmates at the Dengkil drug rehabilitation centre managed to escape the facility and made off with a stolen vehicle, according to the National Anti-Drugs Agency (AGENSI DADAH KEBANGSAAN, or AADK). The pair's whereabouts remain unknown following the incident.
Agensi Dadah Kebangsaan director-general Ruslin Jusoh confirmed that the stolen car used in the escape was subsequently discovered abandoned in Beranang, also in Selangor. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the vehicle's theft and the inmates' getaway.
The escape marks a security incident at the Dengkil facility, which operates as part of Malaysia's drug rehabilitation and enforcement network. Further details regarding the identities of the escaped inmates and the status of ongoing search efforts were not immediately disclosed.
