Two people lost their lives in unrelated road accidents across Rizal province on Thursday, September 3, according to police authorities.
The Calabarzon police reported the incidents in separate advisories released on Friday. One of the accidents occurred along Marcos Highway in Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, during the early morning hours of Thursday.
Details regarding the circumstances of each accident, the identities of the victims, and the involvement of other vehicles remain under investigation by local police units. The incidents add to the growing toll of traffic fatalities in the province.
