Two motorcycle riders died in a traffic accident in Calasiao, Pangasinan on Sunday afternoon when their vehicle collided with a tricycle. The driver and rear passenger of a black Suzuki Raider 150 motorcycle, bearing license plate 583ACS, were headed toward Asingan town when the bike slid into the path of a red RUSI Macho tricycle in Barangay Domanpot.
The collision proved fatal for both occupants of the motorcycle. Emergency responders arrived at the scene in the barangay, but both riders succumbed to injuries sustained in the impact.
The tricycle was traveling in the opposite direction when the motorcycle unexpectedly veered into its path. Details regarding the tricycle driver's condition were not immediately available. Local authorities are investigating the exact circumstances that led to the accident.
