BAGUIO CITY — Army Cadets First Class Daniel F. Castro III and Carls S. Borja have been registered as civil engineers after passing the Professional Regulations Commission licensure examinations conducted on September 26 and 27, according to PMA's public information office.
Castro, who hails from Dumalag in Capiz province, and Borja, from Callao Norte in Lasam, represent the military academy's continued success in producing officers with advanced professional qualifications. Their achievement underscores the institution's commitment to developing multi-skilled military leaders capable of contributing to national infrastructure and development projects.
The PMA, located in Baguio City, has long emphasized academic excellence alongside military training.
